All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery.
For orders to be collected from our store, we will telephone you to let you know when your order is ready to collect.
For local deliveries throughout Cyprus, we use Akis Express Couriers. If you have selected to collect from any Akis Express office in Cyprus, delivery takes approximately 1- 2 days. For home deliveries, please allow up to 5 working days.
Please note that Akis Express cannot deliver to army bases or to villages outside of city centres. In such a case, the order will be delivered to the closest Akis Express for you to collect.
Akis Express will telephone you and send you an SMS message to your mobile phone when your order is ready for collection.
Oversize & Heavy Products
Some heavier or bulkier items may also incur a shipping surcharge and we will inform you of any surcharge before we take payment for your order.
For overseas delivery, we ship with Cyprus Post (registered), EPG or EMS Couriers. All companies offer insurance, tracking and require a signature upon delivery. Delivery usually takes approximately 10-21 days depending on your location.
The shipping cost will be calculated and clearly shown to you at the time of checkout.
The shipping price quoted will be for a single carton of up to 30Kg. If the weight/volume of your order exceeds this, we will contact you before shipping to confirm costs.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are doing our best to maintain shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may take longer to receive.
TOYBOX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Import Duty & VAT
